- This says a couple of things to me. Government is too big and/or sometimes if you are chief you don't want to know all the dirty details. That way you can deny all knowledge later....

- Scary isn't it that so many people have become so partisan they ignore anything their parties do wrong. Their justification is if the other side does it so can I. This goes for both sides.
